The Polish economy has expanded by 2.9% in 2024, according to Statistics Poland, which released the preliminary data on Thursday. This makes Poland one of the top economic performers in the European Union, trailing only Spain and Croatia. Urszula Kryńska, an economist from PKO BP, a Polish bank, joins us in the studio to talk about what propelled the Polish economy onwards last year, what held it back, and what the projections for 2025 are.
