Rules:
Eliminate all 34 members of the S.W.A.T. team via piano wire.
Walk out the front gate.
No NPC is to be killed with a firearm or knife.
You must enter the Asylum Aftermath mission unarmed.
Mission starts with you in hospital gown in front of the sub-level elevator
No saves are permitted after this point.

Here's the original custom mission written by Eraser:

"You are serial killer Jacob Lyle serving a triple life sentence at the asylum for impaired convicts. The last few weeks of your stay since placed in the asylum have been increasing in tension between orderlies and the retarded cons. The situation reached its climax earlier tonight when several of the heavily medicated inmates tried to leave the estate. An orderly was ultimately killed with a syringe and law enforcement had to be called in to handle the now out of control inmate population.

One of the inmates trying to escape, Charles Emry, was dressed as an orderly and killed the first officer that arrived on the scene when he wasn't allowed to leave the asylum. After sniping Emry, now confused, the Romanian police have surrounded the building threatening to kill anyone who is armed. Since someone who appeared as staff attacked them, they can not trust anyone inside with a weapon. There are orderlies on the inside still clueless on what has transpired tonight and have no idea they're about to be met face to face with swat teams.

The police however, despite their modern day weaponry are not the most dangerous element on sanitarium grounds. That right is reserved to one Jacob Lyle, a very violent man, a mentally deficient man, a man the media labelled during his reign of terror as.... The Strangler.

Objectives:

The medication is wearing off and Mr. Lyle is getting the old feelings back. The swat team is now apart of a twisted game they can't win. Never getting over being placed in the santitarium by members of the Romanian police force to begin with, Jacob Lyle is going to make each and every one on the scene pay. No easy opportunistic kills and hop, skip out the back door for our villain.. no nooo. Our friend has a penchant for strangulation and he's determined to quench that all too familiar thirst."
