The California Air Resources Board (CARB) hosts monthly evening community meetings, usually on the third Tuesday, to discuss the Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan Development Process. This process explains how CARB allocates funds for zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) projects and air quality improvements. While the Funding Plan is generally developed between May and November, CARB continues to hold these meetings year-round to provide updates on incentive project implementation, other CARB initiatives, and to offer a forum for community input.
