It's made from red and a red/pink striped mesh and is topped with a sparkly pink center!
I bought my mesh for this project from:

Supplies:
1 roll of 10" wide red "snow fuzz" mesh
1 roll of 10" wide red, pink, white striped "snow fuzz" mesh
12" wire wreath frame (from Michael's)
8" zip ties, both clear and red
#5 plastic mesh for the center of your wreath frame (Hobby Lobby)
One pipe cleaner for hanging, one for wreath center
Coordinating felt for the back of your wreath
3" half foam ball
pink glitter cording
glue gun
rotary cutters for cutting your mesh
