This video has been recorded with a constant cadence of 120 steps per minute to work well with pace adjustments to your personal preferences. You prefer a run over a brisk walk? Pause the video at the beginning and use the advanced settings of the youtube-videoplayer to change the video speed in 5% increments, with each increment adding another six steps per minute.
Normal speed is a brisk walk.
110% speed is great for power walking.
135% and more is a good choice for virtual running.
Listening to your own preferred kind of music during workout is recommended, especially if your workout equipment drowns out the videos audio.
If your hardware and internet bandwidth allow it, always watch my videos at a resolution of 1440p or 4k. The extra bandwidth youtube uses for higher resolutions will significantly improve the video quality on lower resolution displays as well.
