Steamed chocolate chiffon cake recipe
Ingredients
2 cup+1 tbsp all purpose flour (250g)
3/4 cup cocoa powder (60g)
2 teaspoon baking powder (6g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
2/3 cup sugar brown or white (125g)
6 egg yolk
1½ cup Evaporated milk (370ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cooking oil any brand (125ml)
Meringue
6 egg whites
1½ teaspoon vinegar
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
10x2 or 11x2 size pan
Boil the water before steaming
Steam on medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes
if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 50 to 55 minutes
