Ingredients:
Green Chilli Peppers (Long)
Garlic
Ground Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Cane Vinegar
Procedure:
1. Wash the Green Chilli Peppers and remove the top and bottom part then cut them into 1cm size.
2. Remove the bottom and the skin of the garlic.
3. Prepare the chopped chilli peppers and garlic in a glass jar together with the sea salt and ground black pepper.
4. Add the Cane Vinegar until all the chilli peppers are submerged.
Note: It is normal for the garlic to have discolouration a day after.
