Описание: Massimo Riccioli has partnered with Italian brewery Birra del Borgo to create two exclusive self-named beers for his London Massimo Restaurant & Oyster Bar. To be enjoyed on their own as an aperitif or ideally paired with oysters and seafood, Massimo's beers are available in two styles: Massimo Chiara (5.5% ABV), a light, slightly cloudy beer created using the traditional method of Blanche beers and scented with spices (pink pepper, orange zest, and a very subtle juniper). Massimo Scura (6% ABV) has a dark amber colour and malty undertones reminiscent of a classic Ale with a nice bitter side. Massimo Chiara and Scura are non pasteurized, non filtered and re-fermented in the bottle.
