There are many molecules that form rotational spectra but not all the molecules form it, why? what might be the reason for it? Well, there is reason for everything.
There are few rules that are necessary to be followed by the molecule in order to form rotational spectra or Microwave Spectra.
In this video I have explained the rules properly in a simple language that everyone can understand easily. Also I have talked about many examples that can be useful for students a lot.
