Описание: Set to HD. Here we see the Toledo Lake Erie & Western's ALCO S4 starting up for the day so we could use it's air. We were installing a new railroad crossing at Waterville-Monclova Road (video to come soon) and we needed an air supply to power or peunmatic spiker so, we ran an airline off our engine. Our ALCO S4 #5109 was built in 1946 by ALCO and General Electric for the C&O Railroad. It has a 539T prime mover in it; the "T" stands for turbocharged. It delivers 1,000 Horsepower. Right now our engine is only used for MOW service until we can get our tracks up and running to support our passenger trains which last ran in 2009. Please visit our webstie www.TLEW.org or Like us on Facebook. We need donations in order to purchase new railroad ties for track improvement. The Toledo Lake Erie & Western Railway & Museum is run entitrely by dedicated volunteers and is a non-Profit organization. This video was filmed back in June 2012. Video property of metraF40PH163
