This video shows the process of building a handlaid turnout using IMON (ex-Shinohara) flexible rails and an originally designed turnout jig.
The jig was inspired by the MinitrainS R140 turnout, resulting in a unique IMON × MinitrainS fusion design.
While we have shared turnout building in previous videos, it has been a while, so for many new subscribers this may be their first look at our method.
The goal is a turnout that allows smoother running for all locomotives, built with reliability and narrow gauge operation in mind.
