Its judgement day in the Delhi high court for the three convicted for the 2002 Nitish Katara murder case. The Delhi high court held in April 2013 a conviction of accused by a trial court saying, it was a case of honour killing stemming from a deeply entrenched belief in the caste system. Today the high court will pronounce the order of sentence on an appeal filed by the victims mother Neelam Katara seeking death penalty for all three.
