Want to go on a hike in the Dublin Mountains? Ticknock is the place to go. Ireland is finally opening back up and we have decided to see as much of it as possible over the next few months. First stop, Fairy castle loop hike in Ticknock. Ticknock is in the Dublin Mountains and is a hugely popular place for walking, hiking and Biking. It has a really good Mountain Biking Trail and there you can even rent bikes at Biking.ie in the Car Park.

There are breathtaking views from the top of the loop, at fairy castle, of Dublin's coast, the city, and the Dublin and Wicklow Mountains. The loop is only about 6km long and should take about 1.5 hours to complete.
