As you are improving your relationship with money and learning healthy money habits, it is so important to practice self care, practice prioritizing your own well being and to protect your time, enery and money. Saying no is part of financial literacy and financial empowerment. Learning how to disappoint family and friends is part of self growth and self discovery. This is where I come in. I am here to remind you that sometimes it is okay to not be helpful all of the time. It is okay to not be the go to person in your friend group or amongst family. It is okay to put your first.
