Описание: This remix started a bit different than most remixes. I had a video sent to me on IG and then it started getting sent to me on TikTok and even a friend from church sent it to me. The video was a request for someone to remix the Prince of Egypt soundtrack so they could workout to it. So I started it out pretty simple with the idea that I would make it similar to songs I've recently made like "Together" - "Rise Up" or "Church Rave". I was a lot nervous about remixing such legendary singers as these two. I knew I risked getting on the negative side of the internet, inviting angry or even hateful comments that you don't mess with legends like Mariah and Whitney, or that I didn't do them justice and made it worse. So I remixed the first minute of the song and put it online to see how people felt about it. I just so happened to have shared that I never saw the movie and to my surprise, people loved the start of this remix but said I had to watch the movie. I was shocked at how many people seemed to be so emotionally connected to this movie and the soundtrack. So before I continued, I vowed I would not go any further with the remix until I watched the movie. After watching the movie, which was phenomenal, I felt the connection and the emotion of the movie and became inspired to go a completely different route. Instead of remixing this song for adults to workout to, I wanted to create something new that kept the emotion intact. I was now inspired to remix this song for the kid in every person that grew up to this soundtrack and loved this movie. I know that being an EDM producer, many hoped for and expected a bass heavy, super hard drop for their workouts and I'm sorry I let those people down but I really hoped that by keeping the emotion of the song, it takes people back to the time when they believed that anything could happen, that miracles really do exist. I hope that it connects with a new generation of kids and that it brings them together with their parents who will be inspired to be like kids again in their faith and truly believe in miracles. I pray that this song blesses you and reminds you of a time when your faith was at its highest. Being an adult is hard, the world makes you believe that at some point miracles cease to exist and that your best days are behind you. They're not.
