In this video we take a tour of CSX's Piedmont Subdivision, what I call my home territory! We get to see 2 Buckingham Branch jobs interchange at the Dominion Spur at the 5:28 mark, and follow both jobs to an from the interchange. Luckily for us we got two west facing engines, 12 & 5. It was quite nice to hear BB 5's P5 flying by at every crossing, and I'll never get tited of the classic clickity-clack sound of jointed rail! I've shot the Buckingham Branch too many times to count, but I shot a couple angles that I hadn't before in this video, and I was very happy with the results to say the least. Also a special thanks to my girlfriend Amanda for holding the video camera for the pacing shot. 😉 I have lots more footage yet to be uploaded which I am more than excited to share in the coming future.
