In GC.Dashboard there is menu Pricing & Availability allowing for price and availability management in GC.CATALOG.
The menu elements are:
Price Profiles – using base prices you can manage pricing strategies for different customers. Prices can be automatically set —using markup, margin, or discount levels—and apply custom rules for manufacturers, products.
Here You can also set all final prices in a particular price profile and not use any base prices. At the end You link particular customers with particular price profiles
Price and availability - you can manually change here base prices or availability
Tools:
Customer profiles – You can check if a customer is linked to any Price profile
Currencies – You can set exchange rates if You use different currencies in files
Import – place where you import base prices, availability levels, final prices, links between price profiles and users, links between erp articles and TecDoc articles
Price explanation – explains why a particular product has a particular price in GC.CATALOG
