We rented another excavator with a 1500 ft-lb hydraulic breaker (hydraulic hammer) to see if we could remove the rock that broke the rock grinder and also get rid of "rim of rocks" so that we could continue with the house pad grading.
Equipment we used in this video:
JCB 85z excavator with Furukawa (formerly known as Kent) F9 hydraulic breaker, both from Sunbelt Rentals
Kubota KX080 compact excavator, 2017 model (aka "The Dragon!")
