We serve a just God "God of RECOMPENSE" and II Thessalonians 1:6 reminds us of His thoughts toward recompensing evil:.

Break and Return all Evil Back

When a witchcraft curse or art is placed on someone, the purpose is to cause injury and destruction—sometimes to the point of death

I proclaim that “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: ‘Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree'” (Galatians 3:13). And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb; Rev 12:11

All evil comes forth from the heart and proceeds out of the mouth. ” The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? (Jer 17:9). Lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices. (2 Corinthians 2:11). For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8

Understand that Witchcraft curses are not the same thing as Curses from parents like "bad head" "Stupid or Dull child" Witchcraft curses are laced with lots of evil or demonic spirits from the devil or from hell with an intent to cause harm,injury, control, manipulate, kill, steal and destroy. If you brought a bottle of spoiled milk home from the grocery store, would you drink it or RETURN it? By RETURNING it, is your intention to have the clerk drink it? No. You RETURN it because you don't want it. Same for RETURNING all evil, because you don't want it.

All curses originate with the devil. If we reverse the curse, we send it back to its roots and cancel it. This is not to cause harm, but to reject harm to ourselves. So reversing the curse iis divine act of spiritual warfare and deliverance.

1 Timothy 4:14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works
Psalm 79:12 And render unto our neighbors SEVENFOLD into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I BREAK AND RETURN ALL EVIL SEVENFOLD, AND I BIND IT TO THEM BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS.
Gen 4:15 And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him SEVENFOLD.
Gen 4:24 If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, truly Lamech SEVENTY and SEVENFOLD.
Read Psalm 109 to see what King David prayed against people coming against him.
In Psalm 7, verse 16, King David prays, "His mischief shall RETURN upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate (scalp).
In I Kings 2, verse 44, King David said, "...so the Lord will RETURN your evil upon your own head.
Joel 3:4 - ...Even if you pay Me back, swiftly and speedily I will RETURN your deed [of retaliation] upon your own head.
Joel 3:7 - Behold, I will stir them up out of the place to which you have sold them and will RETURN your deed [of retaliation] upon your own head.

You RETURN curses and all evil because you don't want what has been SENT to you. You should not RETURN it to cause harm to anyone. It is God's business how and when and if He chooses to take action on the senders. Our experience is that He DOES take action. If you do not return curses and all evil, then you are accepting the curses and all evil that has been SENT to you.

Then, there is always II Kings 2:23 - He (Elisha) went up from Jerico to Bethel. On the way, young [maturing and accountable] boys came out of the city and MOCKED him and said to him, Go up [in a whirlwind], you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead! Verse 24 - And he turned around and looked at them and CALLED A CURSE DOWN on them in the name of the Lord. And two she-bears came out of the woods and ripped up forty-two of the boys.
