All of the GLIDE member businesses are employee-owned through a direct ownership model which means every single person invests in shares and has skin in the game. GLIDE is an acronym. It stands for Growth Led Innovation Driven Employee Company. We grow the business sustainably through innovation, through new products, through diversifying into new markets and not through acquisitions and mergers. We do it by driving innovation across all aspects of the business and by putting values and people at the heart of everything we seek to achieve.
