In this episode of the ’62 Dodge Dart build, Chad continues refining the roof lines as the 4-door to 2-door transformation really starts to take shape.
With the primer exposing every detail, it’s all about sanding, adjusting, and tightening up the lines so everything flows the way it should. This stage isn’t flashy but it’s where the car either looks factory… or it doesn’t.

We also shift over to the passenger side door, working through the body lines and making sure everything matches the new roof profile. The alignment has to be right before moving any further.

And to really see the vision come together, we test-fit some chrome door trim. Sometimes you don’t fully understand the shape of a build until the brightwork goes on — and once the chrome hits those lines, things start to feel real.

Slow progress. Precision work. One step closer to a finished Dart.
