If your height adjustable Honda seat feels loose or rocks, follow along to see how to fix. You'll need a small flat screwdriver, a pry tool, a ratchet with a 12mm socket and 14mm socket. If one of the linkage fasteners has just loosened up, you can probably do the repair with the seat still in the vehicle. If all the nuts are tight, you'll have to remove the seat from the vehicle to properly fix the loose
UPDATE: The grommets failed after about 6 months The seat is back to rocking until i find a different solution
