step by step:
(0:04)removing chip from package
(1:41)preparing chip and removing solder balls
(2:30)fill chip in epoxy
(5:25)sanding to remove first metalllayers
(8:31)continue with 9µm lapping film
(10:57)finishing with 3µm lapping film

presanding with: 3M 268L Microfinishing Film (30µm)
prelapping with: 3M 662XW Diamond Lapping Film (9µm)
endlapping with: 3M 661X Diamond Lapping Film (3µm)

attention: after a while of lapping the chip becomes more and more concav and get a vacuum effect. It's hard to lift the chip up. If you continue, the cornes will be lapped earlier than the middle. It's not seen in the video, but some times I fix the chip with a heatgun at 100°C - 120°C. To fix it: Heaten up booth sides of the chip and put the non lapped side on a cold metall plate. If you do that, the lapped side is going to be straight or convex and you can continue with lapping. Check it with a blade and a light source. http://www.grafik-feti.de/ftp/Die-Sho...
