LIVE from Paris, France, where high school students are continuing blockades outside their campuses on Friday, October 16, demanding concrete government action to improve school conditions.

The protests are part of a wider movement across France over teacher shortages, overcrowded classrooms, inadequate school facilities and demanding schedules. Students have also raised concerns about the state of school infrastructure and the quality of their learning environments.

The demonstrations have put pressure on the government to respond, as officials face growing unrest and concerns over clashes during some protests.
