Описание: Kim is a graduate from Le Cordon Blue Sydney, one of the most premier schools for culinary arts. She has worked with renowned Australian pastry chefs, from Adriano Zumbo, Kirsten Tibballs, Tetsuya, and Peter Doyle. When she came back to Indonesia in 2013, she started her own patisserie shop Kimmy Patisserie before joining Nomz Kitchen & Pastry in 2014 as a chef partner and Head Pastry Chef, mastering and overseeing all the dessert, cake, pastry and sweet canapé creations in the restaurant.
