I’m so glad my dad documented my whole childhood (in video8 tapes). Now, I have the opportunity to meet my purest and authentic self.
This short film is about self-discovery, self-acceptance, and learning to see myself as the main character of my life.
Looking for my stories made me realize why documenting our lives can be so important.
Stories are how we make sense of our lives (and the world).
But sometimes it’s easy to feel like we don’t have stories worth telling…
But we do. We all do.
We just need to look for them.
So we don’t forget “who we are, and why we are here.”
