Notes
Mission 1: You must kill all of the guards to unlock Determination and The Geisha And The Hired Blade.
Mission 5: You must not be seen to unlock What Lurks In The Shadow.
Mission 6: You must loot the map (it's in the crawl space beneath the large barrels) to unlock For Whom The Bell Tolls.
Mission 9: You must not kill the katana wielding enemy to unlock Flames Of Sorrow.
Mission 11: You must kill the boss in under 1 minute 30 seconds to unlock the alternate final mission.
