Real fact of H H Raghavendra Thirtha Swamiji of Kashimath Samsthan

1) In 1989 a new vatu was taken after checking the horoscopes of 74 boys, and from the last 3 scrutinized horoscopes, jyothisha, prashna, Swarnapushpa anookulya prashna, etc, were held in front of the presiding deities of Shree Samthan by His holiness Shreemad Sudheendra Swamiji and using his own special method of seeking the daivanukoolya by opening the Bhagavath Geetha text which he used to keep with him. He was made Pattasishya by conferring the name Shreemad Raghavedra Teertha swamiji.

2) Shreemad Raghavendra Teertha was very strict and serious about the math affairs and could not tolerate the adharmic ways in the day to day affairs of the math by some persons very close to shreemad Sudheendra Teertha swamiji. He had fight these persons against their immoral activities and huge financial embezzlements. Unfortunately his Guru shreemad sudheendra Teertha swamiji too had become a part of that group.

3) In 1995 After, much discussion, that may not be exactly cordial, between the Guru and Sishya, Shreemad Sudheendra Teertha Swamiji abdicated himselef as mattadhipathy and handed over the deities, Mudra, Birudavali to the Pattasihya announcing him as the mattadhipathy of kashimath. Shreemad Sudheendra Teertha announced that he is retiring to the haridwar ashram to spend rest of his days in writing books etc and lead a simple ascetic life.

4) 20th pontiff of Kashimath , His Holiness met with a severe accident at palaghat and his Brahma danda was broken into three pieces. There after he was also detected with prostrate issues. Meanwhile a box full of gold biscuits were seized from HH's car. That news somehow vanished.

5) However the persons close him lost the avenues of making money illegally and engage themselves in the immoral activities they used accustomed using the positions in the math So they started a campaign against Shreemad Raghavendra teertha swamiji. The people, mostly trusties of temples also went to Shreemad Sudheendra Teertha Swamiji for reverting some of the discisions taken by Shreemad Raghavendra Teertha Swamiji , though he was entrusted with full powers by the Guru swamiji himself. These person also started to spread rumors that Shreemad Raghavendra Teertha swamiji engages himself in immoral activities.

6) In 2000, feeling frustrated he wrote to Shreemad Sudheendra Teertha to "excuse himself from the dharmic vishayas" of the public so that conflicts between his discision and his retired guru shall not arise. The coterie around guru swami successfully exaggerated this making the general public understand that Raghavendra swami requested his Guru swami to relieve him from all the duties... But that was to relieve only from 2 duties which was clearly mentioned in the letter.

7) As Raghavendra swami understood the coterie around guru swami are playing well, he though if surrendering to Guru swami's feet. And at Bangalore math, He waited for long outside the math as these coterie didn't allowed him to enter inside; losing all control, HH pushed everyone and forcefully entered inside and fell on the feet of Guru swami. And cried "we don't want anything, we just want to server you and be with you always". But the coterie had already injected poison into Guru swami's mind, making him to say obscene words towards his own shishya. Guru swami words were - "Hanga kon naayi ve ye modyaak oddun bhaair gaalook". Upto what extent a person coukd go down... With more than enough pain in his mind, This forced him to file a case seeking the court to establish him as the mattadhipathy LEAGALLY and stop others including the retired Guru from interefering in the affairs of the math.

8) In 2000 Shreemad Sudheendra Teertha announced a proclamation that his own pattasihya is outsted from the math and he is no longer the mattadhipathy or his sishya and asked the public from considering so. He also announced that he will not give Prasad to anyone who goes to seek the blessings of Shreemad Raghavendra Teertha swamiji, though he was conducting the trikaala poojas.

9) At the time when Shreemad Sudheendra Teertha Swamiji announced such a proclamation, he never asked Shreemad Raghavendra Teertha swamiji to return the deities, mudra, birudavali and other paraphernalia that was handed over to him.
