Spicy Achar Making! 🌶️ Recipe in Description

Описание: Ingredients:

VEGETABLES PREPARATION:
*Mix Vegetables 5Kg( of any kind)
*Wash and clean
*Boil for 1min (Put in boiling water for 1min)
*Squeeze out all the water (By putting weight on it or through any other process but make sure all water is squeezed out)
*Spread on a broad area and cover with a light cloth to dry it(Do not touch the vegetables with hand during this process. Only use a wooden spoon)

SPICES PREPARATION:
*Oil (Sould be hot but then cool it down while mixing with vegetables)
*Vinegar (Sirka) 2Cup
*Chilli Flakes (Dhara Mirch) 4Tbsp
*Fennel (Sonf) 2Tbsp
*Black Caraway/ nigella seed (Kalongi) 2Tbsp
*Caron seed/Ajowan Caraway (Ajwain) 2Tsp
*Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 2Tsp
*Mustard Seed(Rai) 2Tsp
*Garlic(Lehsan) Paste 3bulbs
*Salt To Taste

FINAL PROCESS:
*Add vegetables to the spices as shown in the video and mix properly
(Make sure to wear gloves)
*Then add the achar to an air tight jar for about 1 week for proper flavour development

NOTE: BE SURE TO FOLLOW HYGIENE CODES TO ENSURE ACHAR LONGEVITY
