The PFCQ is a high-performance flow controller designed for clean, dry compressed air or nitrogen. It automatically adjusts flow based on analog voltage or current signals and ensures linear control within its rated range (9–300 lpm).
Engineered with a built-in flow sensor, linear motor, valve, and electronics, it’s completely grease- and oil-free with no copper or aluminum in the fluid path—perfect for FOUP and EFEM applications in semiconductor manufacturing.
