シルヴェスター・スタローン主演の映画『ランボー』シリーズをゲーム化した作品。プレイヤーはランボーとトラウトマン大佐となり、映画の舞台を再現したステージをサブマシンガンで突破する。3つのステージには、ゲームの進行具合に応じて、実際の映画のムービーシーンが挿入されている。
海外市場を視野に入れて開発されたため、国内での稼働台数は比較的少なめである。同様に、海外向けの難易度設定のため、国内でのインカムが振るわず、多くの稼働店では比較的早くプレイ料金の値下げなどのテコ入れが行われた。
I found out if you fail a mini game where you don't get damage there's more enemies to shoot and get more points. Medals don't really do anything so I don't know why I shot the boxes since I know what's in all the boxes. 1 million is possible but I'm not very good at video games so I would be wasting my time trying to get 1 million. I used Teknoparrot to play and the sound is not fully emulated so I had to edit in the music that didn't play and fixed some sounds that didn't play right. I used Demulshooter to get the calibration right, a bug with Demulshooter is that some times if you release the trigger it still shoots but that rarely happens so it won't interfere with gameplay, and I used the Aimtrak gun to play, I didn't use my Wii remote because you can't change the button input with DolphinBar
