In September 2017 Ken Cloke, internationally recognised mediator and author of numerous books on the topic, joined John Sturrock QC, Founder and Senior Mediator at Core Solutions, in conversation at the Scottish Storytelling Centre on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, in an event also co-hosted by Collaborative Scotland.
In this short segment, Ken is joined by Joan Goldsmith, and they discuss moving from power based forms of decision making to rights interests based forms of decision making, and what happens when there are unwilling parties in a mediation.
