On Saturday, December 19, join us to celebrate the holidays Scandinavian-style with a special cooking and glögg-making workshop! In part 1, Morten Sohlberg, the chef and owner of Smörgås Chef restaurant at Scandinavia House, and his family will present an online demo of making one of their favorite holiday dishes — Swedish meatballs, a popular Smörgås Chef classic! They'll also introduce you to life on their Blenheim Hills Farm in upstate New York, where Lily the dog sniffs out truffles and fresh eggs are always available in the chicken coop, and Morten's sons Edvard and Edgar will entertain you with a bit of piano music.
In part 2 of the event, Swedish chef Ulrika Bengtsson will present an online demo on glögg-making!
