Let Go Of The Day | Sound Meditation

Описание: Earth aligns with the Galactic Centre once a year in December, around the Winter Solstice. Astronomers may not give that much emphasis on it, but spiritually, it is a very magical time, and it reminds us of very important things on a deeper level.

We can tune into its energies, reconnect with universal wisdom and may achieve transformation. It is potential; it does not matter how dark it seems, it vibrates deep within us.

Some old teachings say that the Galactic Centre is a place where souls are born and where consciousness will return to - after completing life. Vedic astrology describes it as a central place of the Universe where creation happens.

This sound meditation experiment happened in December and hopefully brings you the energies and withdrawal before stepping fully into the new year.

May the tuning forks bring you balance,
May the ocean drum softly melt tension in your shoulders and back,
May the tibetan singing bowl bring you relaxation and quietens mental chatter,
May shell seeds cleanse your heart area,
May the chime bring you sparks in your subtle layers,
May my voice bring you calm, serenity and remembrance.


This sound meditation is best before sleep when you are able to relax into the sounds, softening your back, shoulders, limbs.
Closed eyes and headphones are beneficial.
