Описание: Today me mum and dad set off from Lowsonford on the Stratford canal, this is all new waters for us, so its very exciting to discover this new to us canal. We're head down a few locks before reaching perhaps my most favourite lock of the entire network, which has a small cast iron aqueduct to the top gate, a little cast iron bridge, unique to this canal and a barrel cottage, also a distinctive feature of the canal. Then its through stunning countryside, until we come to Wootton, where we go over a slightly longer aqueduct, along some more countryside, before reaching a lonesome lock, and the third and final aqueduct. Edstone aqueduct. The longest in England at 500 feet. This Cast iron monster is so underrated and is the cherry on top of the canal for this awesome narrowboat cruise...
