Overnight Sleeper Bus: Bangkok to Chiang Mai

Описание: If you’re heading north in Thailand, the overnight bus is one of the best (and cheapest) ways to do it. Here’s what you need to know:

🕙 10-hour journey - we left Bangkok at 9:30pm and arrived in Chiang Mai at 7am, feeling rested and refreshed.

💰 1,000 baht ($29 USD / £22) per ticket - cheaper than flying and saves you a night’s accommodation. Backpacker win ✅

🍽️ Water, snacks and juice are provided on the bus - but let’s be honest, a 7-Eleven snack haul before departure is a must. There is a big 7-Eleven at the Mochit Bus Terminal, where the bus departs from.

🚏 One rest stop - a chance to stretch your legs and question all your life choices at 3am.

💺 Comfier than you’d expect – We booked with @sombattour (via @12go_com), known for their spacious 2-1 seating.
