This is the pilot episode of 'Love, Sidney' from October, 1981. It was the only one of the series shot at NBC's Brooklyn studios in New York. The rest of Season 1 was shot at Reeves/Teletape's 81st Street Studio on Broadway in Manhattan. I was the Video Control Operator on those shows.
"Love, Sidney" has the distinction of being shot in more studios over its 2 seasons than any other show on TV at the time. In addition to the pilot shot at NBC's Brooklyn studios and the rest of Season 1 at R/T's 81st Street Studio, the show traveled west to shoot more shows at Warner Brothers' Burbank Studios for its 2nd and final season.
