As far as I can see and have been able to ascertain, this appears to have been the final time that Channel 4 ever aired the episode Stark Raving Dad.
The rights to season 3 were transferred to Sky later that year where this episode would next air on Sky One on 18th December 2017 and a couple more times throughout 2018 and early 2019, and it last aired on Sky One on 2nd February 2019. Just a month later, this episode was completely pulled from circulation and all reruns.
