Al Benoit, Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to Manitoba Metis Federation President David Chartrand and Cabinet. Mr. Al Benoit is the Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to Manitoba Metis Federation President David Chartrand and Cabinet. He has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the areas of Métis claims, rights, and interests including building Metis Nation government. His responsibilities comprise coordinating teams to respond to the changing legal and political environments, negotiating agreements, and developing policies. He is a citizen of the Metis Nation’s Manitoba Metis Community.
