All you will need is a pair of Gliders or Sliding Disks or even paper plates! If you have a hard wood floor, you can use towels! Follow ArianElizabeth as she takes you through a quick, yet challenging workout you can do in the privacy of your own home!
Todays Workout:
3 Rounds of the following 4 Exercises
1) 100 - James Brown's
2) 10 - Lunge Swing Arounds
3) 20 - Hinged Ab Crunches
4) 10 - Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Lateral Press

Here's how this works:
-Choose either the BEGINNER or ADVANCED COURSE
-Start with video #1 for your selected category
-Repeat video #1 for 5 days per week for two weeks.
-For faster results, do them twice per day for two weeks.
-Repeat these steps for the following videos
