Other versions of this cover on YouTube feature a lot of crowd involvement, which is beautiful in its own right, but I also love this singular rendition of Elliott's here. His singing is so crisp. It honestly takes me aback every time I hear his normal speaking voice transition so seamlessly into the song proper. I decided to keep in his short lead-in purely for that quality. It has an incidental charm to it that I think comes out in many of his live recordings.
