Some days aren’t about splits or PBs.
They’re about stacking fatigue, trusting the work, and learning how your body responds when the load gets high. ⚡
This episode is about balance - chasing a sub-16 5K while still showing up to school, the gym, and everything in between.
No shortcuts, no highlight-reel moments - just consistency under pressure. ⏱️
