Vanessa Bryant’s legal battle against the L.A. Sheriff’s and Fire Department continues. She’s suing over photos that were internally distributed among police and fire officials, taken at the site where Kobe and Gianna Bryant were tragically killed in a helicopter crash. On Monday, former fire captain Brian Jordan testified and excused himself several times from the witness stand. Deputy Joey Cruz, who’s accused of showing a close friend photos of the scene, also took the stand.
