Blådalsvegen is a 17.5 km long private road built in conjunction with the construction of the water power plant 'Blåfalli kraftverk'. It used to be a gravel road, but was paved not many years ago - so tarmac all the way now.
The road has two narrow tunnels of 425 and 540 m length. The steepest part of the road has a 20% climb.
This ride goes from Dimmelsvik via Møsevatnet to Matre ferry port, approx. 60 km and approx. 1.5 hrs.
Both the road from Dimmelsvik to Blådalsvegen and the road from Blådalsvegen to Matre ferry port are scenic roads with wonderful curves well suited for riding your motorcycle.
