Small walnut countertop piece that I cut up and glued together, I bought this as a project board from Home Depot. Chiseling the excess glue squeeze out and sanding it down smooth. Beveled corners at 45 degrees on three of the edges. Getting rid of the glue marks with a hand plane and off camera a little more sanding. The OH SO inspiring transformation, Using danish oil Dark WALNUT. Wait 15 minutes before adding the second coat.... That turned out pretty nice. It took 3 days to dry before adding polyurethane. I used a water based single coat polyurethane. Thanks for watching subscribe for more easy diy woodworking project’s.
