Описание: Today on Village Grandpa’s Cooking, our four 70+ years old grandfathers cooked a heartfelt meal for 50–60 madrasah children in our YouTube Village (formerly Shimulia).

For this beautiful charity program, the grandpas prepared:

🍖 Fresh Beef Curry (Gorur Gosto)
🍲 Traditional Masoor Daal
🍚 Hot steamed Rice
🍶 Sweet Curd (Doi)
🍬 Dessert / Mishti

A kind brother from America supported this full program financially. He humbly requested not to reveal his name. May Allah bless him and his family with good health, peace, and endless rewards. 🤲

The grandpas bought a large beef portion from the market, cleaned it carefully, cut it into pieces, and cooked it slowly using village-style spices. Alongside, lentils were prepared with onion, garlic, cumin tempering, and rice was cooked fresh for the children.

After cooking, all madrasah students were seated together and served with love. Finally, yogurt and sweets were given, and at the end, the grandpas shared the same meal.

Before leaving, everyone joined together in dua for the anonymous donor and his family.

আজ Village Grandpa’s Cooking চ্যানেলে আমাদের চারজন ৭০ বছরের বেশি বয়সী দাদারা রান্না করেছেন মাদ্রাসার ৫০–৬০ জন ছোট ছোট শিশুদের জন্য।

আজকের মেন্যু ছিল—

🍖 গরুর গোস্তের তরকারি
🍲 মসুর ডাল
🍚 ভাত
🍶 দই
🍬 মিষ্টি

এই সম্পূর্ণ প্রোগ্রামের খরচ বহন করেছেন আমেরিকা প্রবাসী একজন ভাই, যিনি নিজের নাম প্রকাশ করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। আমরা সবাই তার ও তার পরিবারের জন্য দোয়া করি—আল্লাহ যেন তাকে উত্তম প্রতিদান দান করেন। 🤲

দাদারা বাজার থেকে বড় গরুর গোস্তের পিস এনে নিজ হাতে কেটে ধুয়ে পরিষ্কার করে গ্রামবাংলার ঐতিহ্যবাহী মশলা দিয়ে ধীরে ধীরে রান্না করেন। পাশাপাশি আলাদা হাঁড়িতে মসুর ডাল ও ভাত রান্না করা হয়।

রান্না শেষে সব মাদ্রাসার ছাত্রদের একসাথে বসিয়ে ভাত, গোস্ত ও ডাল পরিবেশন করা হয়। পরে দই ও মিষ্টি দেওয়া হয়। শেষে দাদারাও সবার সাথে একসাথে খাওয়া দাওয়া করেন।

খাবার শেষে মাদ্রাসার হুজুর ও ছাত্রদের সাথে মিলিত হয়ে দাদারা নাম প্রকাশে অনিচ্ছুক দানকারীর জন্য দোয়া করেন।
