How to Add Spanish Live Captions When Using Google Chrome: 1. Open Chrome Settings a. Click the 3 dots in the top-right corner. b. Click Settings. 2. Search for “Live Caption” a. In the search bar at the top of Settings, type: Live Caption. 3. Turn Live Caption & Translations On a. Find the Live Caption option. b. Toggle Live Caption to ON. c. Find the Live Translate option. d. Toggle Live Translate ON. e. Select the Language you would like to translate to. You may also see a small music icon with 3 lines at the top right of Chrome—click it to turn captions on from Global Media Controls. 4. Play a Video or Audio a. Open any video or audio in Chrome (like YouTube). b. Captions will appear automatically. 5. Move or Expand the Captions a. You can move the caption box. b. Click the arrow to make it bigger. 6. Customize the Captions (Optional) a. Go back to Settings. b. Search “caption” again and change text size, color, or background.
