It is the Sabbath Day. A man is caught gathering sticks on the Sabbath. He is arrested and God said that the man was to be stoned. Why was the death penalty issued for a crime that many today would consider to be minor? In Lesson 63 of our study of Numbers we learn the answer to this question.
