Fear sits between grief and desire and negatively impacts the space between the Root and Heart Chakras. It disables our power, and when uncontrolled, increases feelings of instability and dread, leading to the possibility of irrational decisions being made.
When a person operates from fear, choice frightens them more than the chance to change what they are navigating due to a belief that action will worsen the situation.
The frequency, tone, sounds, colours, imagery and intentions have been combined to help you release, remove and clear anything that is creating fear within you. It will help you move back into a more positive and powerful state, trusting that it’s safe for you to think about what you want and the possibility, that with action, it can happen for you.
Now for the process…
Find a quiet place with no distractions, where you can be present, to allow yourself the grace to move to higher vibrations and back to love.
Set the intention to release the fear you currently have, to the fullest you can comfortably handle in this moment.
Know that you are safe.
Communicate to your body that it is safe too.
Close your eyes (or take a soft gaze down your nose), and take a few deep gentle breaths. Imagine your breath entering your body focusing on the space between and including your pelvic bone to your heart. It is natural for your body to become warmer or tingle, more so in these areas.
As you breathe, it is usual for memories and images connected to the fear to come to mind.
Remember you are safe, and remind your body it is safe also.
Allow the fear and anything else that presents itself, to come up, always remembering you are safe.
Breathe THROUGH these images and memories, and any emotions.
Do not judge or justify. Feel, observe, and allow it to pass through you and you through it. Keep breathing. As you do, it will come to a point where the emotion and fear itself will lessen for you.
Keep breathing.
Approximately 10 full deep gentle breaths will dissipate the intensity of the fear (and the thoughts and beliefs connected to the situation or event) thus loosening its hold over you.
Give yourself the space and grace to process any tears.
Acknowledge yourself for taking this courageous step.
It is essential to listen to the entire track to guide you through the emotion, and gently back to love.
Remember to drink plenty of water to help cleanse any residue. Room temperature is better.
