5. Do the needed level of messaging within the organization to bring the Dynamics 365 implementation project as a Top Priority initiative.
6. Do the needed level of training on methodology and product for your team. Take the needed steps to ensure that they have a harmonious working relationship with the consultant team. 7. Follow the decided rhythm of Scrum calls, Weekly reviews etc. to ensure everyone stays on the same page.
8. Start the process of Data Cleansing (if needed) early. Your team will need to spend time in the identification of Test Cases (verification criteria), testing the system, data cleansing and working closely with the consulting partner at all stages of the project.
